This is my first experience with roofing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was sold on the absolutely professional demeanor of Brandon Fries. He was well informed about his product, honest and friendly. He was extremely accommodating and helped me along every step of the process. The process went from frustrating and confusing, to being easy and straightforward. His team was excellent, incredibly efficient and thorough. This cost much less than I would have anticipated. I feel confident that the structure of my old roof is sound, done right, and that my homes roof is the last thing I have to worry about for a very long time. This company is rated as the best in our area for a reason. The cleanup was immaculate. Home Remedy USA is one of the best companies I have ever worked with during my long experience as a home owner. Brandon Fries and his staff including Cole are top notch. The crews they employ are experts and there is no wasted motion on their part. Once they come on site (on time) the entire crew knew exactly what to do because they had been completely briefed by Brandon prior to coming on site. The advance preparation was excellent. We had a roof repair and gutters installed on one house and a complete roof removal and installation as well as gutter replacement on a second home. The work was on time, complete and within budget. Any unexpected problems such as wood rot, etc. was handled in a timely and up front manner. It is rare that you can completely trust a contractor but Home Remedy USA is the exception. You can trust them 100% to get the job done and to be 100% honest regarding the level of effort needed. I highly recommend them.

this is the best home project company above all i have ever used. they did exactly what they said they would do and did it when they said it would be done. my roof is pretty large but the entire project was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up and nail-free when i got home that evening. they also did my covered guttering and new downspouts and they are beautiful, seamless and will always be leaf and clog-free. i no longer will have to climb up to my roof at least 3 times a year to clean my guttering. KUDOS to this company! very, very professional and honest. hire them, i guarantee you will be pleased.

The owner of the company came out and gave me a complete estimate on installing gutters on my home. He seemed very professional, replete with drone surveillance of the roof and exact measurements of the eaves. He told me how much it would cost. I asked him to send me an estimate which he never did. I called him and told him that the attachment to his email did not include an estimate. He promised to resend it and the subsequent email also did not contain the estimate. I called his office and spoke with the office person about sending an estimate and have still never received the estimate. If he changed his mind about doing the job he should have just told me so instead of ignoring my request for the written estimate. Addendum: After posting this review, the owner of the company personally called me and apologized. We tried a different email address and the contract was there and I signed it. After the work is done, I will emend my review to reflect the quality, value, and satisfaction.

Efficient, knowledgeable

Gutters installed leaked from day one. I have called numerous times without having the quality problems remedied. The forgot to seal the seams on their seamless guttering. Said they would make a good number many times but have yet to follow through. No way at this point that I can recommend them. Given the cost and workmanship, my rating for a low value is valid.

Replacement of roofing and gutter system on a large historic church building. Excellent experience with Gutter Pro USA and Home Remedy USA of Hickory under the direct supervision of CEO Brandon Fries. From the initial visit to the final inspection, the trustees of the church were impressed with the reasonable price of this company, the GAF roofing materials used with 50-year warranty, design of guttering system, pride of workmanship by installers, very good clean up, provided drone photos of prior, during and after project. Highly recommend this company.

Minor issue with nails and screws left around house on grounds

The gutter installation job performed at my residence by Gutter Pro of Hickory, NC was not only professionally done but the the installers were also very accommodating and friendly. I could not have asked for a better job. It was well done, efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Gutter Pro of Hickory for any gutter needs.

The whole team was great

There customer service is very poor in my opinion and here is the reasons why. I agreed to the payment of the work 50% down and 50% on the completion of the work. A representative came by and picked up the 50%, but could not give a date on when the work would start. His only words of comfort were they will start soon and some guys will come by to drop off some materials in the next few days. The material drop off never happened, but the workers came by with the needed materials and completed the job the same day, but did a horrible job cleaning up. To make matters worst they damage my roof, so now I have a leak. Buyer beware!!!!!
