Today I had an urgent need for some follow-up repair work and I'm completely impressed with their willingness and ability to rally for me late in the day on a Friday afternoon to mobilize and handle my issues same day. It's been about 9 months since they finished their project and I am completely impressed with this kind of after-project support and look forward to the next project I will do with them."

"Work has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

We are a detail-focussed small service & repair business catering to the needs of our customers 24/7. Service Calls and small repairs are done at standard Labor & Materials invoicing. Larger projects such as rewiring, remodels, deck construction, are done with a fixed-price contract and all elements calculated via a site visit with owner for a total price thereafter. Local area estimates are free, but a nominal charge is required for out-of-area estimate requests to offset fuel & maintenance costs for business vehicle plus nonproductive time lost ( I credit customer this if we are hired to do a job). I DO NOT subcontract as a rule but do have a couple highly skilled tradespeople who work independently and cover additional needs for my business as I need them, such as A/C system charging, etc. We have 100% satisfaction with our customer base and I guarantee all work 100% for 1 year after it is done (labor & materials)! Examples of our clientele are the average residential homeowner to medical offices to single professionals to retirement communities to legal system professionals to major retailer stores in Malls. We have a diverse portfolio of clients and all are treated the same way building trust by our work ethic, integrity and professional character we put forth on any job. The windows are just 'OK' as far as quality is concerned, but even though I've bought their cheap windows, they continue to harass me with advertising mail on a regular and frequent basis. I've called the local office and their corporate office more times than I can count, and still I continue to receive their useless ads. Is it really that difficult to be removed from a mailing list? Sometimes something so simple can tell one all they need to know about the company behind it! I won't be using or recommending their products or services again."
