Tom is fantastic. He improved our home for $22k but the value of that addition helped us to sell our home for a $80k profit. He added a full bathroom, a laundry closet, and a foyer with a brand new mini-split to our 1922 bungalow. We ended up calling him immediately after we sold it to build us a brand new home :) He is responsive, on time, assertive & confident with his subs, and get's the job done on budget.

From start to finish Mr. Abernathy was easy to work with. He made some suggestions on home placement on the home site, ideas on areas where we could save some money, and a few design ideas that really made my home unique. He was there everyday working side by side with the different crews. All of the detail work was done by Mr. Abernathy himself; awesome trim details and an original fireplace mantel. From beginning to end he was available ,and took his time to explain, the questions I had. I cannot explain in enough detail what a wonderful job he did and how pleased we are of the end result. Once again, I would recommend Abernathy Builders to anyone searching for a quality builder to build their dream home!
