Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. They put in new joists, new tongue-and-groove slats for the floor, and constructed four new railings and four new columns. They painted all of it. They also built us a fine new brick stairs.
