I honestly hate to do this, but I was treated so badly and I need to let people know what Floyd is capable of if you're not happy with his job. Pro Building relocated a fence a few feet and after 2 years it's coming apart. The posts are falling over, the sections pulled away from the posts and he used nails instead of screws and no concrete in posts after looking further. I paid them almost $1400 (which was too much for this job, but that's my fault). Of course they put new posts, used my existing fence sections and added a few. When I noticed some months after installation, the fence sections pulling away from the posts, I looked closer and I saw they used nails instead of screws! I called them back and they although he was annoyed, he apparently put the screws in, but I'm noticing not enough. Fast forward to May 2016.....the fence was falling over! I dug down on 3 posts and saw NO CONCRETE! I've been around building a long time and never saw a fence without concrete in the posts! I emailed them through their website this past May and never heard back from them. Then in Sept 2016, I called and left a message, not call back. Then I called in Oct 2016 and got Floyd on the phone. I explained what was happening. He said he did use concrete, I asked if he can come over and show me. He said verbatim, "i don't like your tone missy" and he hung up on me. And when I called back, he didn't answer. It texted him that I would give him until COB and heard nothing.... I am very fair and reasonable and would have gladly paid for the materials to do the job that should have been done, but he's not responding. I then called his son Jeff and left a message in Dec 2016 and again, nothing.... I will now have to hire someone to fix his work and that's not fair. His job was complete garbage and not worth $1400. I have estimates and it's going to cost me another $1300 to do the job right. I've included pictures to show the job less than 2 years old. He very obviously doesn't care about the job they do. My last actual contact with him was in October 2016 and I've given him plenty of time... Looks like court is next.

But if it had been installed properly, I wouldn't feel the need to put up this review. I don't normally put up negative reviews, but this job was complete garbage. If you use them, get all this info ahead of time and check their work. Unfortunately, I wasn't home to watch them and are suffering the consequences. Now I have to get my brother in here to redo this. Not a happy consumer.

Pro Building & Electric did an excellent job on the detached garage.  The work was completed within the projected timeline.  Pricing was very reasonable.  We will definitely use in the future.

Quality of building very good. However, we had challenges getting the garage completed in a timely manner. To be fair, we live about an hour drive from the builder. We found them on Angie's List due to being new to this area. The owner and builder contracted to be done by 1 Dec but did not complete the work until 31 Dec. The weather was responsible for very few delays but did cause some. We are unsure of what caused other delays. We would not use then again due to their being located that distance from our home. Would use a local company instead for just easier contact.

Pro Builders built a shed in my backyard from the ground up... cement slab, wood frame, vinyl siding, roof, lighting/power oultlets, and custom doors.  From the initial phone conversation to completion of the project, Mr. Mrugalski was a professional in every way, excellent craftsman, and priced his work fairly.  I highly recommend his services, and would not hesitiate to call him again in the future!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but working with Floyd was an exceptional experience!  He built a very nice carport for me last summer--one with stone work details that I had sketched out.  He took my design, made some changes during the construction, and really improved my original vision.  I am so happy with his work and I've had several people in the neighborhood come up and ask me who the builder was since then.  His pricing was nearly half of what I had been quoted by 2 other companies and he really impressed me with his attention to detail and personable demeanor.  I highly recommend Pro Building! 

They were great; they were fantastic. We would use them again and we would recommend them. The price was good and there were no complaints. We were happy with them and they were priced right. We would absolutely use them again, 100%.

This was the third major job by Floyd at our home. The first was a two car, two story garage he built on time, and for his original estimate. He looks for ways to improve the job and makes suggestions. This job lead to several others when seen by neighbors. The second was the conversion of a built-in storage room to a passage way between kitchen and out doors. Again, he gave us an estimate and completed the job on time. He made suggestions which we incorporated and they improved the overall appearance and utility of the job. We called Floyd when we spotted some mold problems and had received bids from two siding companies. He tracked down the problem and performed all the work described above for much less that several major siding/roofing companies in the area.Obviously, once we had him and his crew on sight, we expanded the work to include the doors and master bathroom described above. Floyd now has the run of the property, inside and out. We have no hesitation about leaving the keys with him and going to work. He and his crew clean up daily.

There were problems with the inspection and the new garage had to be relocated from the original position. The footer trenches had to be filled and re-dug. Meanwhile, the construction materials were deposited in the driveway blocking access by the backhoe and concrete truck. So, the backhoe and subsequently the concrete truck drove through my neighbor's front yard leaving deep ruts and and track marks. In addition, the concrete truck broke my existing driveway in several places. The soil under the concrete floor and apron slab was not properly compacted, and a very serious crack appeared a week after it was poured-after the final bill had been paid. That was six months ago, and despite repeated calls, the crack(now about 3/4"wide)has not been repaired. I have given up on him. This company works with individual contractors to do the various tasks. The individual contractors were skilled enough, but the company provided inadequate coordination. I would not use this company unless I had time to coordinate the activities myself and unless I retained about 15% of the agreed price until a month after completion. The price was about $2000 over budget and, in addition, I had to pay a landscaper to repair my neighbor's yard.

This was the first time we had used this company and thought they were good. I found them on the list and I got an estimate. They seemed the most confident so we chose them. We met with the owner, Floyd, and went over the process with us. We tailored some things to fit our budget better. They came out and did an excellent job.

This company did not stray abundantly from their estimate. That made us very pleased. The company consisted of an old man, a son in law, and their friend. They really related to one another well to get the job done. We were very pleased with this company.

Overall, I think my contractor delivered a pretty good product. He used quality materials and everything is great. We did have a problem with the subs not being able to read the design plans well. They had put a door several feet in the wrong direction so he had to move it to the correct spot. Also, the next time I use him I want everything written out so I know up front that things like Sheetrock and mudding are not included in the price. Other than those two little things, I had a really good experience with the company and the owner.

They built our garage to perfection. This group of builders knew exactly what they were doing. We had a great overall experience with this company. We told them that we really wanted the project completed by a certain date and they had it done almost a week before that date. All of their workers were a pleasure to speak with and was very polite. They were able to answer any and all of our questions regarding the building process. The craftsmanship and quality of the finished product was everything we wanted it to be.

Everything was done pretty quickly and we did not have any problems with the builder. I was impressed with the craftsman skills and the detail in the work. The workers were very personable. They were able to stay in our budget with out making any major changes or additional costs. I would recommend this company to other people any time.

They did a great job of building our new garage. They were able to get the whole thing built and ready for us to use in just under two weeks. The siding they used matches our house perfectly. You would never know by looking that our garage was built after the house. We are very impressed with the service we got from them.

We are satisfied with the service we received from them. They completed our garage in three weeks. Everyone we worked with was really nice. Our garage looks really good and we are really happy to have it done.

These are nice guys and they are good people. I know because they were out here working on my home for several weeks. It looks good and they gave me a warranty on their work, which tells you they stand by their work. It was not cheap, but I really wanted a larger bedroom. I felt I got my money's worth. They paid close attention to all the details like with the drywall and painting.

The overall building looks great but we did have some problems with the company and the concrete. The concrete starting cracking six months later and the company would not return to fix the work. The work that was done on the actual structure looks great though and we are pleased with that. I would say that I would not recommend them to other people because they were not punctual when it came to correcting the bad work.

This company was suggested to me by my neighbor. I was very satisfied with their services. They did a quality job on the garage, and it fits my needs. The service was completed in the price quoted. I would recommend their services to others.

They always showed up when they said they would. Crews were polite. All work was done very well. I will be having them back to do more projects.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME IN ON TIME AND ON BUDGET.
