I called All About and they had Ben come out the next day. Ben tried to access the drain pipe from the basement clean-out, but that thing hadn't been opened up in years and was rusted shut. Ben was able to get a snake down from the top and clear the drain. He was initially afraid maybe the drain pipe down to the sewer line was rusted through. He inspected it and said the pipe was actually in decent shape. When Ben put everything back together he realigned some of the pipes under the sink that were a bit wonky and relocated my dishwasher hose to drain better. Ben was kind, thorough, professional, and tidy. All About will always be my plumbing company!"
