Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by.
