Also, to clear that drain would have required digging up a line and cutting into it, since the top of the drain was too narrow (2") with too sharp a curve to follow with anything but the snake. I elected to dig up the drain rather than pay them for manual labor but haven't found it yet, so haven't had them back to complete the job."

The backyard got multiple drains at different levels down the length of the yard. As soon as that was complete, the side of the house, which was ALWAYS wet, dried out completely! David is so professional. He explains his plans in depth so you know what's going to happen. He put down grass seed and straw, moved and then replanted plants, and had to dispose of huge pieces of cement that came out of the yard where the pool was. I can't say how pleased I am to have my house safeguarded. David is the real deal."
