"Shower renovation was completed by premier-homepros.com back in May of 2025, after several weeks we noticed a water stain in the flooring adjacent to the bathroom. The company came back out and admitted that the employee who did the work has sabotaged some of his previous jobs and was terminated. They then opened the wall behind their work and discovered black mold from the leak. There was also water damage the flooring and subflooring. The homeowner to contact some companies to get estimates on getting this resolved. Homeowner is disabled and suffering from brain cancer and dementia. After consulting friends in the industry (general contractors and residential insurance) it was decided that handling of this matter should be done by the company who knowingly and admittedly sabotaged the work. This is not acceptable. Reached back out to the company several times and were delayed even further. We are now entering our 6th month of this dispute and have no bathroom to use"

"We had an emergency on a Friday night at 830. They came out as promised, pumped the tank, charged $600 but only pumped one side of the tank. Promised to come back and pump the other side, but even after digging up and installing risers on both sides by us, they will not come back out to pump the other side. Will never use this company again. Appreciate the late night service, but not the follow up. Very dissatisfied. "

He took the time to understand what we wanted, answered SO many questions, and even helped us explore options we hadn’t considered. All of this at a very fair price. The finished deck is beautiful, extremely well built, and adds enjoyment and value to our home. We will gladly call on him again for future projects."

This duo is like a well-oiled machine; one thinking through the steps and the other supporting and following up on the details. For us, forming a relationship, especially with people who were to be in our personal spaces for several weeks, was critical. Now, after completion, we feel blessed to know Kevin and Allison as friends...the kind you can call in the middle of the night if you're stranded on the side of the road. It was the last day of the job - some finishing touches and a front entry door install. The door didn't fit, so back to the store they went. Our store didn't have the one we wanted but instead of asking us to pick a different door, without hesitation they chose to travel to a neighboring city to get the one we had decided on. They made sure we knew if there were any issues after they left, they wanted us to call and promised to take care of them. We have texted several times since they left with questions that they answered immediately. Our job consisted of scraping an entire floor of popcorn ceilings, installing canned lighting in 3 rooms, a living room accent wall, scraping and sanding ceiling beams, two door installations, and a full bathroom reno. We have fallen in love with our home again; the home we always knew it could be. Our future plans include hiring AMLO Custom Creations for an outside project just as soon as they can get us on the books."
