RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can !!!!! Five months ago I contacted the son which is unfortunately the owner. We discussed the job and I didn't hear anything for three months . I finally called him back and he had basically forgotten what we had discussed. I summarized again and he said he would call me back . After one month of waiting I called him back - He actually told me I was last on the totem pole because it was a small job - I couldn't believe my ears !!!!!! I told him he obviously could not run the company that his father had put him in charge of - I asked him not to contact me again and I wished him the best of luck ??

Is 5 stars the most I can give? Because Logan and his crew deserve a billion stars. They seriously went above and beyond to install my roof. They were unbelievable! Took their time removing my old metal roof, didn't damage anything. Repaired any issues, then installed a new metal roof, had to remove some of my sheds chimney, worked in the unpredictable weather of NC yet never heard any complaint, dodged wasps, repaired a pipe coming out of the top we didn't even know existed, they let me use the cool magnetic thing to pick up screws (I was so excited), they picked up after themselves, they had good jokester personalities, awesome communication, always showed up on time and were totally professional, gave me a great recommendation for an amazing electrician......they really checked every box for everything you want in a crew. I wish more people were like them and I wish more companies operated like this, my life would be so much easier. I'm very grateful! And have recommended you to so many others I know.

Sawyers Roofing did a great job of replacing our roof after hail damage. Logan is easy to work with and noticed issues with the roof that other roofers missed. They cleaned up the property of all debris when done.

What a great experience the owner is so polite and kind. He was here making sure jobs were going correctly and addressed any questions I had. After the job you would of never know they were here even ...except it looked cleaner. And he made sure I understood about insurance and what I needed to ask or tell them. They even helped me with getting Financing set up. I will make sure his card is ready for any of my family friends neighbors if they are ever in need of a good reliable honest company!!!!!! This company is simply excellent in every way. From the very start of our project Logan was prompt, thorough, friendly, informative, quoted a very reasonable price and was a true professional. I appreciated how low to no pressure his sales presentation was and his willingness to consider minor adds/changes to the standard roofing job. Loganâ s team of installers were very much the same. They got on the job site a few minutes early and leapt into action. They worked quickly but with an eye on the details. The job was done in one day but definitely not rushed. I was also very impressed with how clean they left my property. It was as if theyâ d never been there except for the fact I now have a beautiful new roof. Very professional service. I needed a roof repair because of a leak that was not covered by insurance. They came out and evaluated job, suggested to install leaf guards which I had them do. Cost for the work was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again if needed.

Logan Sawyer came to our house, assessed the problem, and gave us a price to correct the problem (a roof leak which damaged a bathroom ceiling). 2 days after this **repair**, it rained and the ceiling damage was larger and there was now a constant dripping from a bathroom exhaust fan. I called his number over six times and he never responded. We originally called his company due to the rave reviews he received here on Home Advisor... Biggest mistake (and costliest) we ever made. If it were possible, I would not even give him and his company a 0.5 rating! As the saying goes, **Buyer beware**- I would hate to see anyone else get burned by this company. UPDATE: Today (1020/20), Mr. Logan came to our house to apologize and return the payment we had made !!! I was ASTONISHED !!! Apparently what had happened concerned a new hire who said that he had returned here and *took care of the problem*. Mr. Logan only found out about this *inaccuracy* due to my original post and he then immediately tried calling and texting me. He came to our house, with a refund check in hand and making a sincere apology to correct this situation. I believe him and withdraw any/all complaints I had originally posted. He is an honest and trustworthy man and I would now recommend him unconditionally.

He went the extra mile and covered the exposed area until he could make the repair. He stayed in contact with me until the repair work was completed! Professional, personable and quality workmanship!
