"Clarence did an exceptional job with our networking installation. I needed a wired internet connection for a new remote job, and he was able to get everything set up efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Our condo’s existing wiring turned out to be complicated. The Ethernet cables in the walls were all connected to a shared telephone box outside the building, which made them unusable for our setup. Clarence spent a lot of time carefully testing different options and troubleshooting the connections. He ultimately found a creative solution using our coax cables by installing adapters that convert the coax connection to Ethernet. He set up a device connected to our router and another in the office room so I could have a reliable wired connection to my computer. Clarence was incredibly thorough and dedicated — he spent around 10 hours total working through the problem and even came back to continue testing until everything worked properly.
