"We purchased a house in the autumn of 2016 and immediately knew we'd have to do something about these gutters. I sent out a request for quotes to four local contractors in December 2016. In it, we included the approximate measures, type of home, trees and when I would like work to begin. One contractor said it was outside his service area (strange), another stated that he didn't do jobs that small (really), a third (eventually) didn't reply at all. Then Christian Molenaer with Simply Seamless Gutters not only replied with a comprehensive quote, but did so after coming by the property and taking measurements the same day. Initially a date was set in January 2017, but because of Christian staying in frequent communication with us, we were able to get an earlier date - and just prior to several contiguous days of wet weather! Let me add that Christian's judgment is beyond question - he had discovered a slight sponginess in the fascia board, behind a failed section of old gutters during removal, and replaced the three foot section after inspecting for ancillary damage - great initiative! Christian and his employee removed the old gutters, manufactured the new set of 5" 3x4" gutters in his truck, installed the same (155 feet) with hidden hangers and 90 feet of leaders 24 elbows AND cleaned up entirely (I couldn't tell he had even been there, aside from the new gutters) in less than 4 hours! Did I mention it was trying to rain throughout this time? So, after checking on the quality of his installation, I couldn't be more pleased - these will easily last 20 years. Given the price, the service and the integrity of Simply Seamless Gutters, I cannot give any higher recommendation, nor say "thank you" enough."
