"We worked with 3 different roofing/gutter companies for quotes. We chose RainGo and feel positive we made the right decision. We had a 25 year old roof on our home. No leaks, but it was time to replace. Tim and his office associate, Susan could not have done a better job of answering our questions, being attentive to any emails and scheduling the job. Tim came to our home and did a thorough inspection. He had multiple samples to show the different types of shingles, costs, life expectancy, etc. (Also provided locations of homes his company had worked on in the area where we could ride by and see the end product.) Steve, his foreman ensured the work was done on time and properly. The whole team made the experience seamless. Our old gutters were really too small for the size of the roof and home. All new gutters with leaf guards were also installed. Our home is surrounded by large oak trees and this was the first year with the new gutters. How nice not to have leaves piled up in the old gutters. We were so pleased with our roof that we asked Tim and his team to install gutters at our church. Again, they did an excellent job (professional, on time, reasonable cost)."

"It has gone very smoothly, I worked with Alfred Pickett, (205) 837-1011, who quoted the job, scheduled the job with one of Authentic Restoration's roofing crews. It is Alfred who stood fast that our roof was damaged and likely that our insurance adjuster would approve coverage payments. This occurred on an incredible day when I coincidentally paid a home inspector to inspect a small area on my roof that another "sub" of mine had patched. Alfred was standing nearby and we didn't say a word that Alfred was a roofer. I asked the Home Inspector to check our roof while he was up there - and he came down and told me the roof was not damaged by hail! When the inspector left, Alfred showed me on his "Tablet" the picture he took of our roof and there were many pale charcoal-colored spots in the picture. This was the hail damage we suspected that occurred in April 2017. Our terrific Cincinnati Insurance Co. paid all of our $40,638 roofing/new gutters bill except a $2,500 deductible that we happily paid. Authentic Restoration performed a great job on our home's roof and (don't forget) gutters. I am so big on Restoration that we got my youngest Stepson's home re-roofed due to hail damage also, and happily this home was covered by Cincinnati Insurance also (hail damage). In addition, I've led, so far, two of my neighbors who own luxury homes with hail-damaged roofs to Alfred and they are getting new replacement roofs covered by insurance. Alfred has also made things easy in doing our two jobs and I am very fortunate that we crossed paths because he has saved my wife and I some serious money and made it easy!!"

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"I had my old gutters replaced with new wider gutters as well as wider downspouts. I also added the gutter guard product. The gutters and gutter helmet were black which really matches well with the rest of the home and adds curb appeal. After the gutters were installed, it rained about an hour and a half later that same day. "I contacted Superior Power Washing to quote, and ultimately replace, rotting trim on the roof of my house. The quotation was fast as well as getting a crew out to the house to do the work. When the arrived the set to work and efficiently got the work down and it was done extremely well using PVC products to prevent future rot. After they left I noticed the gutters and roof were not cleaned as expected based on the quotation. I contacted Mark and a crew was out to my house less than 24 hours after my email. Not only did they blow the roof off, the collected all the debris and moved it to my natural area and hosed off my car which had some debris from the cleaning. Maybe this is normal? But the two-three companies I have hired have never gone through this amount of effort...Bottom line, good prices, efficient and quality work, and they did everything to make me call back in the future."

"After he finished the job, I saw that the pipe was broken, and they didn't complete the job. I called them immediately, they apologized, and said that someone will call me back but I never got a call back and I never got a resolution. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
