Something that others had overestimated and required pulling out the bath/shower unit. Tim was able to fix the bath/shower unit and make it functional again without having to replace the entire unit. He showed me the damage and even looked up replacement sinks on his phone. While I ran to pick it up at the hardware store he continued to work on the rest of the plumbing items.
