The complaint I have with him is that my wood floors were scratched by the bathtub as they removed it and he said that the contractor did said there could be some damages. He did come up with a solution to the largest gap, but I feel like he could have come back with another piece of tile to fix the other large scar."

"Had both bathrooms remodeled by taking one piece shower and tub out and replacing with tile showers with glass doors. In one of the bathrooms, I also had the vanity and linoleum floor replaced with a new vanity with marble top, and laminate vinyl flooring. Billy did an excellent job on all of it and what I really like is that he only works on your project at one time so he doesn't leave you hanging two or three days while he goes off to work on someone else's job.
