Though I started my company 16 years ago with the idea that customer satisfaction should be #1, I have been in the construction industry for 28 years working in all phases of building. My company consist of myself and one other employee so to keep that personal touch there. I also work with homeowners who are trying to sell their homes and need small repairs done after the home inspectors have left their list, or to enhance the curb appeal. I also love working with people who have small jobs that need to be done around the house that may be more than they wish to handle. I have also worked with owners who have wanted to build their own homes and do work on it themselves but need guidance in the planning and implementation of such a project.I will do as little or as much as the owner wishes. I do not charge for estimates. If the owner wishes me to design and draw plans fees are charged based upon what the owner wishes for me to do and develope. I will give a homeowner a price based upon what they want and work with them if their wants are over their budgets to get the most for their money. We are especially sensitive to homeowners knowing that they are living in the home when we are doing work and make sure that we use every precaution to keep the jobsite clean and safe for everyone in the family. I worked for a remodeling contractor in California in 1999 and a laborer/estimator for a design-build firm in Baton Rouge where I received my Bachelor of Science, Construction Management at LSU in 2003. I worked for a trucking company where I was the estimator and project manager for civil and marine projects. In 2005, I received my general contractors license while living on the coast in Mississippi. This where I formed a remodeling company, New Coast Construction Co. My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2006 where I have since worked for grading and paving companies undertaking estimating and project management. In August of 2019, I formed RAM Constructors, LLC. RAM Constructors is Licensed and Insured.
