He not only managed everything but sent photos as well, reassuring us when were are 650 miles away. He was eyes and ears for any issues and most he could manage himself. When we needed him to meet with Real Estate Agents, he made himself available. When we needed him to return unused equipment to Spectrum, he did so. From painting to repair to building walkways to keeping the yard trimmed and free from weeds and bugs, Benn was there for us. I cannot give a higher recommendation."
