I do not charge for estimates. If the owner wishes me to design and draw plans fees are charged based upon what the owner wishes for me to do and develope. In 2005, I received my general contractors license while living on the coast in Mississippi. This where I formed a remodeling company, New Coast Construction Co. My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2006 where I have since worked for grading and paving companies undertaking estimating and project management.
