I serve North Carolina's Triad [ Forsyth - Guilford - Alamance ] counties as well as Stokes , Surry , Davie , Yadkin , Davidson counties and surrounding areas . Hank built a deck around half of my 15 x 30 oval above ground pool. I wanted it on the rounded half so it was a difficult task. I got a very fair estimate and the finished deck is magnificent. The workmanship and attention to detail was more than I expected. He has my highest approval and recommendation.

Hank is a very professional contractor with extensive experience in contracting and especially in deck building. Our deck was about 30 years old and in dire need of repair (more so than we realized). Hank tore down our old deck and replaced it with a slightly larger but more decorative deck. The herring bone pattern he uses on the deck floor is very attractive. When I inspected his work I realized he had built a much sturdier deck with great attention to the structure's long term stability and to our safety using the deck. Because he does great work he is in high demand. There will be a waiting period before he starts, I believe the wait was worth it!

My deck is beautiful. Hank listened to what I wanted and also improved upon it, he made it a gorgeous custom deck. He stays very busy so you will have to be willing to wait your turn- but it’s worth it!

Hank did a fantastic job in rebuilding our deck from our first consultation and his design recommendations all the way through completion of the job. Hank is a general contractor and will not cut corners when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. His schedule was realistic considering the current lumber shortages and his price was competitive with market conditions. Hank's team is professional, safe and they kept the job site as clean as possible. We definitely highly recommend Hank and his team for any deck projects. After quote back in March for add on to existing deck. We set a date in April. Kept being put off after several times trying to get in touch with him. Finally started Sept 8th and was completed on Set 23. More communication would have been nice.

Hank is a step above the basics when it comes to making a deck. His decks are not square and boring. He is a craftsman at what he does. He is so booked up I had to wait 2 months for him to start working on my project. It was worth the wait. His prices beat almost all the quotes I received. If you are in a rush then hire someone else. As with any contractor make sure you get the plans in hand and contract before you agree on hiring a contractor for any project. Also make sure they are on the same page with you on what the expected outcome. Donâ t go by verbal agreement, this could lead potential problems right I the middle of a project.

Hank and his team did a wonderful job building a deck for me. While it was a simple deck, Hank added features to it that took it over the top without upping the price. Out of all the people that I got quotes from, Hank was the most reasonably priced. Hank and his team did an excellent job on replacing a very old deck. What started out as a refurb turned into a full on replacement, and we the end result was excellent. The only reason that the customer service rating got a 4.5 was because early on, due to rainouts, our deck started late, which we understood. I just wish that there had been better communication that they would be starting late. In the end, we got a fantastic deck at a very reasonable price. The guys didn't mind answering my questions, and did so respectfully.

Hank offered up design suggestions that made for a much more aesthetically pleasing deck than what we had before. While the job took longer than expected, the end result was very nice at an affordable price.
