The city building inspector was pleased. He observed that our roofer does very good work. Roofer had an excellent array of possible shingle types and colors from which to choose. The new roof looks great and is well-constructed. The post-construction clean up of the site was done well. Recommendation: an itemized list of the costs of all construction components, and the hours required for and costs of different facets of the project. If something comes in under the projected cost, an appropriate credit to the owner."

I asked them if they could finish it in one day and they did. They worked from just after 7:00 am till after 9:00 pm. I was a construction inspector for many years and I know they did a really good job and kept the backyard gates closed keeping my dogs safe. I have found a few nails around the perimeter of the house but that is to be expected as it was almost dark by the time they were doing the clean up. I would definitely hire them again."
