Make sure that they know what you want done. They put AA battle rough overlaid on top of my asphalt without me know if that was what they were doing.

WARNING: do not hire Chad Frank of Best Value Homes for any home improvement or renovation jobs! I made initial contact with him in May of last year and signed a contract with the company to replace my roof and siding. He stated in the contract that the work would be completed by October 1, 2020. Not only was the work not completed by then, but the roofing was also not even started until January and the siding was done a month later. He and his crew do mediocre work for a premium price, all the while stringing you along with one excuse after another as to why the work is not being completed. Cleanup and removal of all debris were written into our contract and I have been begging since February to get the crew back to my house to clean up the disaster left behind. It finally took my threatening legal action against them for breach of contract to get the detritus cleared away just today. If you value your sanity and your savings, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had a metal roof installed for the same quote as shingles. Only negative was lack of communication. I never knew exactly when they were going to show up. They did extra touches for a great finished project. Highly recommended.

Did a great job, beat the weather and did a good cleanup after completion.

The owner was professional and courteous. He was very busy but he took the time to answer my questions and was patient. His crew was wonderful and didn't mess around with the job. They had a job to do and did it in a timely manner. The clean up after the job was excellent. I would hire this company again if I needed too. I highly recommend this company to others that need a new roof.

Worst roof job I have ever seen if I would have known that there would not have been a straight line on the roof or no overhang so the roof I would have hired some street people for cheaper and got the same result. The roof went right to the drip edge on one side of the sheet and two inch over on the other that is two inches out of square in three feet. Yea they are quick and it looks good from the ground but if you get on a ladder you might mad at the quality of work or lack thereof. Would not even recommend to my worst enemy,clogged my gutters with old shingles and nails and left. Called about warranty work or if they stood by there workmanship he said it depends on the job and he would look at the contract that was six months ago and no call, so it must be if I feel like it warranty.

They came out within an hour of us contacting them and got the project done in 4 hours, saving us a weeks worth of work. They went well beyond an excellent job. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, I can't stop raving about them. Definitely hire this company for any and all your roofing needs.

These are the best contractors I,ve ever met. They are amazing fast. They showed up with a great crew, Cleaned up where you would never know they were here. The roof looks great. I went with a metal roof & up- graded to a heavier metal. We live in a windy area & I know I won,t worry about shingles lifting. There price quote was right in the ball park of other contractors. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When my 50 year shingles started failing after 13 years I knew it was time for metal roofs on my house, garage, barn and bunkhouse. Chad looked everything over and found damage I didnt even know about. He worked with my insurance company, sent them videos and photos and convinced them I had a total loss. Even though metal was more expensive than shingles, he adjusted his price to give me a break, even when I wanted 26 gauge instead of the cheaper 29 gauge. These guys are pros and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had them replace a metal roof with a new metal roof. The roof was on our cabin on Holter Lake. They did an excellent job even though we had to barge everything over to the cabin.

Chad and his team did a great job installing a new metal roof on our house. Despite a HomeAdvisor hiccup to make an initial appointment, contacting him and coming out for an estimate was no problem. He worked with me through the replacement for insurance following a major hail storm. Start to finish the project took a couple of weeks, in part due to a mix up in materials (custom ordered) otherwise the installation would have been done in two days.

Cleaned up everything, went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with their work...Fab!
