Sept. 2013: ZW came out very promptly and patched the hole. They also returned to help with our insurance adjuster, pointing out the most damaged areas of the roof. We are now awaiting response back to have our whole roof replaced. Very helpful, and we look forward to having them do our roofing....

"The owner, Forest Dennis, provided one of the highest levels of customer service I've ever had. He spent a lot of time providing me with a ton of advice, which I needed since this was my first time having a roof replaced. He came to the house and met with the insurance adjuster, which no other roofing company offered to do. His crew was here 14 hours a day for 3 days in order to get the replacement done ASAP. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the cleanup was very thorough. I highly recommend this company if you need any roof work done on your home."
