He also sent pictures of the information he discussed so that I could educate myself. He was kind enough to send over a co-worker who shoveled the snow off my roof and assessed the damage. That was on a Monday. I was thrilled that it wasn't raining at my house anymore. On Saturday, Jared stopped by, looked at the roof, and told me what it would take for a new roof, not a repair. I was shown the pictures, and Jared explained what would be done. I accepted the offer. I really appreciated that Jared worked with my hours of being home.
