Joseph converted a large walk-in closet into a bathroom for our home in Whitefish and completed the task on time, UNDER budget, and with attention to detail that demonstrates his pride in his craft. His quoted price was lower than other quotes we received, and he actually completed the project UNDER budget due to some negotiating he did with the City of Whitefish, as well as some electrical work that required less effort than anticipated. For siding replacement Tallon exceeded the initial estimate by over $1,739 with the final invoice I was charged an additional $703 over the second estimate. That's contrary to the verbiage on Rugged Ridge's estimates as stated: This is only an estimate - it is the customer?s responsibility to review. If additional time and materials are required to complete the project, we will notify you as soon as possible, and additional material/labor fees will apply. Despite the final invoice giving me 10 days to payTallon demanded payment the following day after completion of the job! When Tallon arrived I asked what is the reason for the steep overcharge with Tallon remaining silent. Tallon has the audacity to refer to other contractors as being shady! I call that classic projection. I'll never hire Tallon Taylor again and I will refrain from giving him any referrals for his dishonesty, lack of integrity! "
