It went very well. The first plumber I called would not listen to the details of what I wanted to get done or give me even a ballpark estimate of the cost. Also, they could not do the job on the day I called. I got the idea that they were wanting to make a mountain of a mole hill because they first wanted to scope the line, etc. to decide what should be done, and of course call for the house call. I decided to call someone else even though they had a good rating on this list. <br /> The call to Drainmaster was quite different even though I was reluctant to call because they were not located close to me. The person I talked to listened to what I wanted to communicate and immediately gave me cost estimate for the job. Although I was concerned about getting it done that day, he said and quot;no problemand quot; as he had a technician doing a job fairly near my house and he should be able to get him over here in a couple of hours. In just about that amount of time the technician called and was here 15 minutes later. He did the job as requested, effectively, in a short amount of time and for the amount that was estimated in my phone call to his office. It was an all-around good experience for me. <br />
Was great to have a technician that listened to me and agreed to try things my way before tearing my house apart! <br /> <br /> This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend them well and above a lot of the other plumbers in Billings, MT.
