Mr. Perez and his crew was on time for my Stone chimney repair. Mr. Perez was very informative in explaining the scope of the work. I was pleased his work and would with recommend his company to others.

In Oct. 2016, after seeking three other estimates to tuckpoint/repair my chimney, I tried Perez Masonry. I was leery about the other estimates I had called on either about the expertise of the service provider, the quality for the money being asked, and/or inadequate followup to my phone calls for further information to help me make a decision. I found Perez Masonry on HomeAdvisor. I talked with Sergio Perez. He was friendly, informative, and set a time to give me an estimate. He arrived promptly, gave evidence of expertise for the job I needed, and gave me an estimate on the spot. On the day the work was to begin, he and his crew showed up promptly, did an extremely complete and careful job exactly as we had discussed. His crew was very careful and nice to work with. They cleaned up afterwards. I even had Sergio do some other tuckpointing around my house in addition to the chimney for an extra small fee since he and his crew were already there. So, I was pleasantly surprised, totally satisfied with all aspects of the work, and would use this company again and recommend the company without hesitation. His was not the least expensive estimate I had obtained, but the quality of the work done was well worth what I paid.

They were always on time, courteous, and delivered outstanding workmanship. Thoroughly cleaned up after completion. Would highly recommend. Completely removed and replaced faulty brick work (cracks in mortar causing water leaks) above garage.

Sergio and his team were terrific. I hired them to do three big home projects: 1. Repairing two severely decrepit brick columns; 2. Re-mortaring a large brick patio and flagstone pool patio; and 3. Filling the cracks in and sealing a large area of asphalt on my property. They did excellent work on all three jobs at a very reasonable price. Because there were five guys, they were able to get everything done in less than two days, which is far preferable than a long drawn-out process. They were completely professional in every regard. I recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

He was professional and did the work in a timely manner. We will be calling him in the future for other projects.

We hired Perez Masonry to repair loose, broken, and missing bricks from our front porch steps and landing. Sergio followed up and provided an estimate the same day as my request. His price was reasonable and the work was done well. After seeing the quality of his work we had them repair a larger area of the front porch and make the same repairs on our back porch. Perez Masonry did a good quality job but completed in a timely manner.

Sergio is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Not only did he do a great job, he was timely, creative and way less than what other contractors had quoted me for this job. He also went an additional mile and did something which was not written on the contract on my request the last day which took him additional few hours. He never charged me for the additional work and was very pleasant throughout. I look forward to hiring him again.

Listened to my ideas about the walk and incorporated them. Finished the job in two days and at the estimate which was lower than others I had gotten to bid on the job. I'll use them again.

I contacted Perez Masonry and he came out the next day to provide an estimate for continuing an existing wall separating the carport from the patio. That was on a Saturday morning. By Monday morning at 7:00 am the crew was hard at work and finished within a couple of hours. The work was excellent, price was reasonable and I definitely will hire for future projects.

I contracted Perez Masonry to replace 90' retaining wall ranging from 3.5' - 6' and composed 2 walls of my carport. Mr Perez responded quickly to my call with visit and estimate and was less than one third of the highest bid. He arrived early and stayed late every day and completed the work in less than half the time originally expected. But most importantly, was the quality of work, attention to detail, excellent customer service and clean up after completion were all exemplary. I would not only use Sergio again but recommend Perez Masonry without reservation!
