"The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.

"What I like most is the quality of the work. It's very good. They come here at about 8:30 to 9:00 which is pretty decent. It gives me time to get myself together when they come in. Even when he gave me a price quote, I made a few changes in the midst of him painting my house. He's used to dealing with women because we change our mind a lot. He has the patience in dealing with me. He helped me choose colors. I picked a color and I wanted to make sure that the color went with whatever I wanted to do. He worked with me on that. The job took a little longer. It wasn't with what he did but because I made some changes in the middle of him doing it. It took about a week to finish. He's patient and he's experienced in a lot of things. He is professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was a little bit high. I was very pleased with the quality if work that he provided."
