"The plumbing job was left incomplete and not done properly. After scheduling and them rescheduling Jacob came out on friday to the house. After the work was performed we realized there was no water to the kitchen and no hot water in the master bath. So we went without for the weekend. We scheduled an appointment online the following saturday. We were told someone would be out monday then that got moved to tuesday. Finally on tuesday afternoon they came back to complete the job and return our water service."

"Where to start? First, I would rate him zero out of 5 if I could. This problem I?ve had since February and he refuses to contact me or get back in touch with me for a problem he created. I will never hire this person again because he is so unprofessional. My tankless water heater has been malfunctioning?. The hot water turns cold after a few minutes?. Both in the shower and when washing dishes. I don?t like taking a cold shower, and I bet Cody wouldn?t be happy about taking a cold shower every day. This happens EVERY TIME I get in the shower. Another time when he responded, he said he would try to contact the manufacturer. Still no update. Now he won?t respond at all!
