Was told when called of the 120.00 rate. Turned out to be about 1000.00 for at tops of 2.5 hours for a frost free outside faucet in which they actually broke during capping. I would not trust this company to handle a plumbing problem.

UPDATE: Angie's List got involved and the company came back out admitting to their mistake. They resolved the issue and apologized. I was very pleased and I will definitely use them, again.

Chad and Chris arrived promptly as scheduled. Inspected problem and used cable to clear drain, then tested to make sure it worked as expected. They were efficient and professional , and work was completed at a reasonable cost.. Very pleased.

I had water underneath my kitchen cabinets and couldn't identify where it was coming from. They came out and immediately checked the sink and ruled that out and then took the bottom plate off the dishwasher. That's where the leak was. They were able to disable the supply line to the dishwasher and cap it so that we would still have hot water and be able to use our sink until we replaced the dishwasher. They were on time, called ahead, very friendly, thorough, worked quickly, and answered all of our questions. Plumbers are expensive, but I don't mind paying for excellent service.

The two men who did the work were courteous and professional. They were polite and considerate and great to work with. There was no wasted time, they got right to work and stayed at the job until it was finished, and cleaned up when it was done. I'm extremely happy with the service we received from Wright Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was panicked by a water main leak under the sidewalk that MLGW said was on my property, and tried to find a reputable plumbing company late in the day to come to my house that day. Dennis Wright was immediately responsive; they came promptly, verified that MLGW was correct, and said they'd come back the first thing in the morning to do the repair. They did, and, to my relief, they let me know that the repair would be as extensive as I'd feared.
The workers were exceptionally professional and courteous, showing me what they'd found and what they would do, letting me know the different stages of the repair process. They then repaired the sidewalk. They honored my Angie's List coupon immediately. I called them a few days later to let them know that the concrete repair ended up not being level with the rest of the sidewalk, and they came right out and added concrete to raise the level of the repair.
My experience with this company was entirely positive. The professionalism of the workers was far and above that of many companies in Memphis, and I will certainly call them again if I have plumbing problems.

I called today and within 4 hours the guys were at my house. They listened to the problem (sewage backup in an indoor tub) and then went to work trying to figure out what exactly was causing it. They used the drain snake to clear the pipes which may sound like a simple plumbing task but our problem wasn't exactly cut and dry-they had to do some investigating first. So far it seems the problem is fixed-everything is flushing normally and there is no more sewage in the bathtub! That's always a bonus!

Home Depot was supposed to deliver as well as install a dishwasher over the weekend. When Home Depot made it to my home, they took one look at the valves underneath my sink, and told me that my valves were the wrong size. They were unable to do the installation. I told them that will call a plumber to finish the work. They left my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen floor and left. I Dennis Wright Plumbers after that and my problem was solved. The plumbers quickly told me that my double stop valves were fine and did not need to be replaced. I could have been overcharged if I had went by what Home Depot had told me. Thanks to the Dennis Wright Plumbers for being honest and efficient.

My daughter had accidentally dropped a full bag of dry beans into my garbage disposal. I thought I was going to have to buy a new garbage disposal because I tried every trick I have learned over the years to clear the disposal. It turns out I only needed to have the pipe cleared because the beans were terribly compacted. Mr. Wright was very professional and well informed about the job he was doing. The quality of his work was evident and I really appreciated that more than anything..

This company did a great job. Very professional and helpful.
When they came out to give an estimate, they were able to come out the same day we called and they were able to do the work the following day.
They noticed we had an older type hose on the dishwasher and replaced that for us as well.
They excel in customer service which is a big deal to my husband and I.
We will be needing more work done in the future and will definitely be calling this company back out to do the work!

No problems, 2 people came to do the work and were professional, and efficient. Also gave me a tip to run my faucets for a few nights when it gets bitter cold to prevent burst pipes. Came out the day after I called at the time agreed which was great!

I like them and their professionalism. The last time they came out the quotes were really high and I didn't get the work done. There was a leak in the shower upstairs and it was rotting the dry wall behind it. They downstairs exhaust fan quite working and my husbands toilet would sometimes not fill with water. I spent $100.00 to have the faucet fixed and didn't have the rest fixed because the quotes were too high.
