"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had an excellent experience with United Roofing.  Working with Jon McCoy was a pleasure.  He gave us an extremely reasonable estimate, given the amount of work we needed done.  Our house is fairly large, and our roof is high-pitched.  We also needed extensive repair of water-damaged wood.  United replaced or repaired most of our soffits and windowsills, as well as garage trim and three fluted columns on our back porch.  David is really more of an artisan than a carpenter!  All of the wood repair was beautifully done.  When Jon was unable to find reasonably priced fluted planks for our columns, David crafted them himself to match existing undamaged planks.  All the painting was carefully done and perfectly finished.  Thank you, Kevin!  We are definitely planning to call on Jon, David, Kevin and United Roofing again for future projects.
