This time, one thing was promised, but all of it was not delivered, then the owner denied that he had promised it and the official estimate was nebulous about the facts, so I had nothing to fall back on. "Roger Moore is a professional business person who did an excellent job on replacing the roof to our house and his price was reasonable and fair. He drove over 50 miles to do the job.
