We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."

"Terbrock was one of three quotes we got. All the prices were in the same range, and they were very professional and punctual. They replaced multiple ratty layers of flooring with new ceramic tile. Parts of our walls were tiled too, and they did an excellent job of carefully removing cabinets etc, tearing up the old, and installing the new without damaging anything. They really took their time. We have an old kitchen with plaster walls. They measured for each row of tile, and spaced each accordingly, to make the tile bordering the wall look great. Also cut our doors to size so they would fit. They were on time, respectful, professional, on budget."

"I contacted Remodeling Plus to give me an estimate for remodeling a basement, which entailed creating 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a creating walls for a general purpose area out of the basement space. After working with several different tradesmen, it is a pleasure to work with people who want the customer to be satisfied and good to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. For example, after I had carpet installed, he was there the same evening to finish trimming the doors so they wouldn't drag on the carpet. Bill provided great guidance on the project. His initial estimate for the project was quite accurate. The project cost more by the end because I made changes to the scope of the project. Bill recommended several good contractors to perform the electrical, drywall, and HVAC work. He also recommended working directly with my local municipality for the permitting process for speed of response by the municipality and cost. He also made recommendations of how to lay out the space in the bathroom based on his experience and the constraints of the space. His many years of experience in carpentry and home remodeling shows in the quality work he performs. For example, we had sliding doors installed for the closet built for the bedroom. Bill took the time to trim the sliding doors to fit around the base molding so the door fits flush to the wall instead of leaving a gap between the wall and sliding door. He also trimmed the doors up for the short basement. His knowledge and experience helped as the project grew and changed. He was able to fill in the floor with concrete after the plumber broke up a 30 foot long, 2 foot wide trench for the new sewer line. He was able to install 2 new basement windows into slots that had weird angles and require building a new frame for it. He can perform plumbing and electrical work if building permit is not required. I have lived in the remodeled space for about 1 month. It is hard to imagine what the space looked like before. The space is comfortable, well laid-out, and very functional."

"Jose took out carpeting in our spare bedroom and replaced it with laminate wood flooring and wider baseboards. Jose did a fantastic job pulling up and disposing of our existing carpet, matching the new wood linoleum to our existing flooring, and cutting, installing, and painting our new wider baseboards. Jose has also installed a door leading from our garage to our side deck (which he also built for us). The door fits perfectly, looks great, and we've never had one leak in over a year. "Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mike’s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mike’s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work you’re looking to have done to your home or business."
