He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "John and the team at Fine Craft Custom Tile did great work at a great price. They added wood flooring where we removed a wall. They did not use a transition piece and made it look as if the floors were originally installed that way. The above and beyond service came with the backsplash. When John finished installing we noticed some of the tiles had different pigments of white (this was the fault of Lowe’s, not John). Without hesitation John said let’s make it right. He came back that night and tore out the tile, and then the next day he reinstalled the backsplash. He did not ask for extra money, just wanted me to be satisfied with the final project. It is hard to find anyone like that these days. I would recommend him to anyone!"
