This is also the reason why I waited a year to write a review. Some places can do incredible work but leave you hanging after the job is done. I decided to have them seal my driveway at the time of installation, and that opened me up to a 1-year warrant for covered items. Without getting too wordy, I had some minor issues as a result of the winter (not a result of workmanship). I was able to call them, and they exceeded my expectations with their attention, and solution to it. Concrete can be temperamental, and it can be easy for things to fall outside the warranty, but companies who care about their customers, like Hoffman, do no look for loopholes, but instead focus the customer satisfaction. I will plan to use them for any future needs, and I have already given out strong recommendations to family and friends. This is a high-quality company."

"We had an unusual size shower base with old tile and hardware. They came out and measured, gave us a price and set an appointment about 10 day later. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early (which was great) and got on the task. Was finished in about 45 minutes. The shower Uninstaller/Installer showed up about 20 minutes later and was finished in about 4.5 hours. The entire project was finished in about 5 hours and we were able to use our new shower in 24 hours. It looks Awesome and works Great!"
