"Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. "I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered."
