"They were very punctual and were very clear on what the problem was (I had mice in my attic), what he would have to do and how many time he would have to come back.  He was very clear on the price and gave me options for preventative measures but I felt no pressure to upgrade the service.
Then I found out they do insulation too.  That this type of insulation is EPA approved and has a chemical embedded in it that would reduce the number of pests in the future I was surprised.  Then when I found out that this was cheaper than the bid I had had done over a year ago I jumped at it.
They did a wonderful job with the insulation and even added more to even out what should have been there.  I was so very pleased with their work, the product and the service.  They were friendly but professional... If I ever have a problem again I will be calling them.  They have a customer for life.

Thankfully, they did not find any current bats in our house, but apparently did have a few at one time. They did find evidence of mice/rodent in the attic. So they put out appropriate measures for that. They also reviewed our insulation and noticed that it was quite light in areas. It will be coming back to actually put in new insulation for us. They were very friendly and very hard workers. They took their time, checking the house to make sure there weren’t any holes that bats could come in since the neighbors had a maternal population of bats. They took excellent photos/videos of things they found and showed it to us. Offered to help me carrying my groceries when I return from Sam’s Club. Just a super nice crew. Thanks so much team.
