He kept in contact with me throughout the project and started the week after I hired him and his company. One example of the professionalism of his company is when he told me the under layment beneath the kitchen floor might have to be replaced. I thought this might be a ploy to make a few extra bucks. This was not the case, his sons (who did a majority of the work) showed me where the under layment was crumbling. They said that they would just fix the parts that were bad, and not the entire under layment. They saved me a lot of money. I would definitely use Moore Carpet again."
