He came in after another contractor started the job and was able to point out a few blemishes something that another contractor and/or company may have missed such as the uneven sanding, circular sanding and the uneven floor finishes. He stated this was a crucial part of the process as this would have been noticeable once stained was applied and was not noticeable to the naked eye. Only an expert like Kenneth would know. He was very thorough in explaining the process regarding water base and oil base stain. I would definitely recommend him for any flooring needs. My project was a hardwood floor refinish.
