The cost was very reasonable & on target with my budget. Areas of work: drywall 3'x4' hole in bdrm from plumbing repair; same in upstairs btrm; drywall & repair above patio doors; repair/redo btrm ceiling & added swirl; drywall/patch basemt stairwell walls. All finished work is flawless with new & old blending well. Both plaster walls & drywall walls were involved in work. With all work required, it was done quickly(3 days), All paste, dry time & sanding was contained. Once an area was finished, Joe completely cleaned it.
