He could have easily have told me to spend that additional cash on a back-up, but instead won a customer for life with his honesty and integrity. My new sump pump was scheduled for install just two days after Anthony visited. It took him less than 10 minutes to complete the job, and I was immediately on my way back to work. "We had a bit of a rough start: the project was started about a month late. That left me feeling anxious, but I was also in contact with our sales rep Karin, and she always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I have to thank her also for being super patient with all of the questions I texted her over the course of the project, too, she is super! Once the project started, things moved very smoothly. The first team took care of installing all of the studs, drywall, and all the mudding/taping, which went up over about 2 weeks of daily work. They wrapped up with spraying the ceiling with a nice texture. The gentlemen performing the work always cleaned things up when they would leave for the day, and asked questions as needed. Once the first effort completed, the detailing crew took over the day to day work, which included installing the trim, doors, flooring, banister and spindles for the stairs, and took care of the painting. The electrician came on a couple of occasions to handle lights, outlets and the like, and the plumbing work was done toward the end (most of it was already in place, just a matter of redirecting the sink's drain). It took a couple more weeks to wrap up with everything that needed to be finished, including the installation of the new toilet and sink. The only issue we kind of struggled with was sometimes I would ask the crew a question and they had no prior knowledge of some aspect that was supposed to be completed - specifically an access panel to the humidifier behind one of the walls. What I learned though is that the whole team typically had meetings before arriving at the house to discuss the day's tasks, and that if I went to Karin first to ask about something, she would then make sure the crew knew what needed to be done. Once I understood that dynamic, we didn't have any more concerns - just have to be attentive and proactive in reaching out for information. Overall, my husband and I are SUPER happy with the results! We love this new space! Everyone involved in completing the basement remodel was very professional, and honestly they left the basement even cleaner than they found it. We would definitely consider having them over again if we have another remodeling project to complete."

"After coming home one day and realizing that our master bath was leaking into our garage, we were trying to decide who to call to do the repair. The last plumber we had hired hadn't worked out very well, and ended up charging us quite a bit for some very minor work. 
We had previously used Paul and Rex to remodel our basement, and we wondered if they would have any recommendations for us, or if they would possibly be able to help us out. When I called Paul, he mentioned that he wouldn't be able to get to it right away. However, since we had other places to shower and get ready (thanks to the previous remodel they did for us), we were ok with that. He had Rex come out at the beginning of the next week to take a look at it and see if he could do anything.
When Rex came out, he was able to quickly figure out that the drain pipe in the shower had come loose from the drain, and just needed to be reattached and sealed with silicone. He was able to get everything done that night, in about 20 minutes. He actually refused to charge us since the repair was so easy and didn't take any time. He mentioned that if it was still leaking after the silicone set, to give him a call and he would come back out.
We never had any problems again with the leak, and can't wait until we're ready for a kitchen remodel to give Paul and Rex a call (the basement is still our favorite part of our house)!

"When we called Jeff, he made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, was unfailingly polite, and immediately found the problem with the door. He had a quick solution for it, fixed it, and it's still fine. We may ask him to come back to remove the doorframe, correct the opening so it is square, and reframe it, re-hang the door again, and paint the new doorframe on both sides. The original door frame sloped downhill about 15 degrees from the time it was installed.

"I was having problems with my tile leaking in my 2 bathroom tub areas. These had been re-grouted a couple of times over the years but the base behind them was drywall not green board or concrete board so it was just getting worse. I decided to have tub surrounds put in to waterproof the entire tub/shower surround. Richard said they could be installed over the existing tile if I got the right kind. He had me order them and gave me guidance on what to order. When they came in Richard and his assistant put them in over 1 longish day. They are really nice looking. The tile borders them all the way around. We had one glitch with a tub spout leaking after it was re-installed and Richard came out the same day I called him and fixed it."
