My experience was incredible from beginning to end. It was a unique experience as they came up to me in Nebraska and they couldn’t have done a better job! Grant the project manager kept me informed through the whole process including consistent updates through the day via pictures and a really great project close out. The crew was also incredible as they did our whole job in one day. Not easy to leave Kanas at close to 4am, work up here until 7pm and return home in the same day. Sebastian and his crew are true professionals as there were a couple leaks in the old roof that caused some wood rot and issues inside they took care of. The clean up was incredible as you should have seen it half way through this process!! It was messy to say the least and by the time they were done you couldn’t even tell they were there. I’d highly recommend this company as I come from the construction world and very hesitant at times to hire contractors because most of the time through a process like this their fall short of my expectations but not with this company. If they say they will do it consider it done and I’m confident that if we did experience some issues they would have came through anyway. 10/10 from me and my family!! Couldn’t be happier and I have confidence in my roof again! -Christopher

On a windy Kansas weekend, they quickly responded & seamlessly patched a blown away section of shingles for us. A short time later, they performed a Beautiful Full Roof Replacement. Both situations could have been overwhelming for us, but weren’t due to their entire professional team. They really delivered the very BEST customer service and product, from the smallest communication to the quality installed material!

Up front, ours was a difficult project, not only site-wise but in scope and customer demands. I don't think any other roofing company could have handled all the situations/variables any better. A big reason why is that one of the executives in the company, Clint Livingston, is a great person to deal with and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Another thing is--and this is unusual among most contractors I've dealt with--is that he respects the client's vision, even when it might be wrong, and will adapt/bend to that vision with an attitude of, "Hey, I might learn something from this..." When you have that kind of collaboration with a contractor who has an open mind and a willingness to try new things, you can accomplish great things. Now, you will pay for the privilege--Green Factor was on the upper end cost-wise. But as Warren Buffet famously said, "Price is what you pay, Value is what you get." Bottom line, if you want a high quality roof replacement (asphalt) that will last, or any other attic/roofing/gutters, etc. needs, look no further than Green Factor--a company that keeps improving!
