He took his time to do things right and when he was done we had 51 channels!! And I was shocked to see that the clarity of the reception was even better than our cable was. The initial installation isn't cheap but depending on what you are paying for cable it will pay for itself in no time. And Norman doesn't leave until he knows everything is working properly and you are happy. This was the best decision I have made in a long time!!!!"

I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

They were able to install and mount my TV, and kept all the cables hidden, which was not easy, given the location they had to fish the wires.
