Shingle Tech

OK. Was hard to contact Nic, and he would say things and not follow through with what he promised. I am still waiting for him to do a few things and since I have paid him already I wonder if it will get done. His workers were messy and always left things behind. I think overall he was overwhelmed because we have had a very wet Spring, and I think he was behind. Part of the paint got on my picnic table and some other things. Overall, he was OK to work with and seemed like a nice guy.

All in all, they did a decent job. The end caps didn't look quite right when they were finished, so I called and had them come take a look.  They agreed they were not right and replaced the ones that I identified as having issues with. Those look much better but some of the ones that were not replaced don't quite measure up. Also, their methods of tying the metal roof into the vertical walls of the house look a little questionable. The only issue is, I myself would not have a better way of doing it.

Crew showed up on time was very courteous. Did all the work as expected and explained. Will definitely use this company again if needed.

We can not say enough good things about Shingle Tech. They came out quickly to look at our new house. Gave us a bid within a couple of days. We waited over 2 weeks for other shingle companies to respond(!)One company did not answer our request for 3 weeks! . We decided to go with Shingle Tech. Their price was comparable to other companies.
   Quality job from start to finish. Workers showed up in the morning and stayed till dark. There was a small section that did not get finished at the end of the day. A couple of the men came out early the next morning, A SATURDAY! to finish the job.
  I brought snacks and drinks for the crew in the afternoon. I met with each worker. Every one of the them were polite and kind. The head of this wonderful crew kept the workers on track and answered our questions and respectfully discussed with us our concerns. The crew threw ALL of their trash in one pile instead of scattering it all over the work site. Very thoughtful of them. There was no loud music, yelling or foul language used by the crew either.  I am sure my neighbors appreciated that.
  After all the problems we have had with other companies while building our new house, Nick and his hard working and knowledgeable workers were a wonderful part of this home building process.
   I can not say enough about Shingle Tech's quality, knowledge, work ethic and for quickly responding to all our roofing needs for our new house.

I called and the same day, someone came out to measure and give a bid.  The work was done the following day.  Everything was perfect.  The bid was reasonable and quick.  The work done was excellent and very quick.  Everything was cleaned up.  I was very pleased!

I called Shingle Tech and Nick came out that day and gave me a good estimate Im contacted my insurance company and we agreed I needed a new roof Shingle Tech scheduled the job for the day I wanted and they completed the job on time. Yes I would use there service again.

Some of the facing was torn off by strong winds. I called on the day of the damage around 3:30PM. An estimator came out at 5:30PM. The owner came at 1:00PM the following day and completed the work. The responsiveness was GREAT!

The job was completed to my satisfaction.
