We wanted a board and batten with additional trim work to match other decorative moulding in our home so required making sure styles of moulding etc were cohesive as possible. He took the time to show us different ideas and possibilities for the area we were working on. Started the work exactly when we requested and completed the job very timely. Respectful of our home and when working out schedules. He kept the areas he was using clean and picked up while working and when the job was completed. We have other trim work we are going to be completing in our home and will use Chad again. His BID and final cost for project very fair and well priced."

"I am so grateful to have found Earl Cosby Construction. He completely remodeled our fireplace, building a mantle surround and creating an elaborate feature wall that was almost 17 feet tall. He also installed 5 inch baseboard throughout the lower level of our home which instantly elevated the look of our space. He was meticulous, fast, and priced right. "The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."
