"My floors were damaged during a different remodeling project and Pros Flooring LLC was hired by the contractor. Jennifer met with me and provided a quote. "Rick was fantastic. I called him late afternoon for a dryer repair that I've been putting off for a while I didnt need it fixed immediately and I was going out of town for the weekend. He didtn know that though, and I could tell by our conversation he would've came over as soon as he could. We set up a time for 5:00pm on the next monday, and he actually showed up 30 minutes early. He gave me a fair price and the dryer works just like new. I would definitely hire him again."
