"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

We wanted a board and batten with additional trim work to match other decorative moulding in our home so required making sure styles of moulding etc were cohesive as possible. He took the time to show us different ideas and possibilities for the area we were working on. Started the work exactly when we requested and completed the job very timely. Respectful of our home and when working out schedules. He kept the areas he was using clean and picked up while working and when the job was completed. "I'll start out by saying that I thought being a veteran owned company they would be OK. I chose them because I was looking for a company that would be able to do other jobs around the house. I think their price was a little high, but I am not able to do these kinds of projects anymore, so I chose them. I should have looked up the prices for all the parts they purchased, but I didn't until after the fact, because I don't believe the amount they charged for the items equals the amount they charged. The manager of the company is very nice and I believe he knows what he is doing. The person who came out to do the projects was nice and was very friendly with my father, who has dementia. The person who came out put on new weather seal on the bottom of the garage door, lubed the rollers and the chain, and put some more weather seal around the door frame of the door in the garage. He did inform me that there was wood rot on the door, so we are going to have to get a new door someday. I felt sorry for him doing it on a cold day. He replaced a burnt-out electric outlet in my father's room. I thought that he was going to turn off the breaker for that, but he didn't, and when he removed the burnt-out outlet, it actually started on fire which he put out by blowing on it. Now, I am a little leery of the circuit, so I am going to have an electrician come to check it. He also replaced a part in the shower that holds the hand-held shower head. It worked fine for a day. I contacted the company, and they had the person come back out. He showed up that day to look at the problem. He fooled around with it but couldn't make it stop leaking. I thought he said that he was going to go get something else and come back, but he never did. I was under the impression that he was going to replace the shower arm and the handheld shower because that's what the parts list said. I would like to give the company a 3.5 to 4. I don't believe I will use them again. I think I am going to be better off just calling whatever kind of company I need to fix something."
