"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. "Used them to manage 5 properties in the Cahokia area. Briant is a nice guy, but needs lots of work for his company to grow. Communication is lousy. Quotes for work orders look like they were gotten off the first page of Google. Tenants complain about communication and work done as well. For a company that?s supposed to make your load easy, they have to be nursed to get stuff done. I got my properties back in November 2024 and it took them till February to get my first tenants in? and we only get tenants because of my marketing recommendations. Monthly reports for income and expenses are never accurate, numbers are missing/skewed. When confronting them about the issue, they say they are going to look into it but they take their sweeet time. I switched over to a different management company who keeps me posted on EVERYTHING. I had to call Briant every day just to get security deposits in my hands, and I?m still in the process of trying to get my rents from this company "
