Jon installed our new system 3 years ago after servicing our old system for a little over a year. Jon does all of the work himself and is very meticulous about making sure itâ s done correctly. My father in law calls and says the furnace is making a loud noise, like metal on metal. So, I called Jon and he shows up at my house at 8 pm on a Tuesday night to see what the issue is.
