Mike showed up on time and carefully assessed the problem we were having. The problem was a vibration noise that occurred when the blower motor was on. Mike confirmed that all components of the AC unit were functioning correctly. Then he carefully traced the vibration noise to the gas line which ran parallel to the Freon line and under the floor joists in the basement. A few insulating pads at contact points along the gas line completely fixed the problem. We have used Mike for our HVAC needs for at least 15 years. Mike is extremely professional in his conduct and highly experienced in all aspects of HVAC installation and service. We highly recommend Mike and Pence Heating and Cooling!

AC went out in July. At night. It was a long night, but got in touch first thing and they were on it. Back up and running and cooling down by mid afternoon. Appreciate the quick and great service. Will be adding the regular maintenance plan now to keep on top of these things .

Pence Heating and Cooling serviced one of our properties because the AC wasn?t cooling the way it should. After finding a leak in a very old system, they presented us with different options for replacement in a very low pressure educational way. They scheduled the install and was on time courteous and completed the project in one day as promised. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pence Heating and Cooling for all of your HVAC needs!
