"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! "no heat, no money came out and did a temp. last time was temp. Called came out. put in a whole new hvac need to call back before turn on ac. They were fantastic. axel jones roscoe edwards. were here at 930 and at about 10to 1 were done and guaranteed heat woudl be back on and cleaned up. perfect."
