"Service was very professional from Angel and Luis. Got the AC unit tuned up and checked it. Cleaned the ac unit and it needed to be leveled out got it all leveled out in no time. "Mike responded quickly and was able to go look at my a/c within about 2 hours. This property is not my primary home and is is a different state than my primary. I wasn't there to see what he replaced but he said it was a capacitor on my A/C unit. He charged $325 to replace what was probably a $5-$10 item, which I thought was a little high but he was already there and I would have owed a service call if he didn't repair it so..... The guy that is living at the property said the A/C started cooling immediately and that was the desired outcome. When I called him to arrange payment over the phone he told me that if I needed yo use him again that it would most likely be cheaper due to this was an initial service call."
