"Mike responded quickly and was able to go look at my a/c within about 2 hours. This property is not my primary home and is is a different state than my primary. I wasn't there to see what he replaced but he said it was a capacitor on my A/C unit. He charged $325 to replace what was probably a $5-$10 item, which I thought was a little high but he was already there and I would have owed a service call if he didn't repair it so..... The guy that is living at the property said the A/C started cooling immediately and that was the desired outcome. When I called him to arrange payment over the phone he told me that if I needed yo use him again that it would most likely be cheaper due to this was an initial service call."

He was able to install the A/C unit and furnace the next day after we accepted his bid. The work was done professionally and he was thorough in cleaning up and removing all of the old parts. When we initially talked to him, he explained costs and options of different grades of equipment, and helped us to determine what would work best in our price range. I thought his bid was very reasonable and quite a bit less the next lowest bid for comparable equipment. He was helpful and very considerate.
