"Billy the sales guy is very thorough in his explanation and truly helped us understand what the differences are between systems and how it would benefit our family. He did not come across as pushy or high pressure which helped us feel more comfortable since this is a big purchase for us. We ended up purchasing the AC as planned but replaced the furnace at the same time. Billy was able to give me more information on my current units than I had when purchasing my home! I liked how tech savvy they are as well. Billy communicated through phone but also in text which is much easier for me to do during the workday. And the owner followed up with an email which I loved. I didn't get to be onsite for the install (my husband was) but it was all done in one day. One tech installed the furnace while the other installed the AC. The only thing I worried about was that they guys pushed through all day without a break and that concerned me about whether the job was rushed. But I have to give them credit- everything looks nice and works great ! I would recommend to all my friends and family."

"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! "Mike responded quickly and was able to go look at my a/c within about 2 hours. This property is not my primary home and is is a different state than my primary. I wasn't there to see what he replaced but he said it was a capacitor on my A/C unit. He charged $325 to replace what was probably a $5-$10 item, which I thought was a little high but he was already there and I would have owed a service call if he didn't repair it so..... The guy that is living at the property said the A/C started cooling immediately and that was the desired outcome. When I called him to arrange payment over the phone he told me that if I needed yo use him again that it would most likely be cheaper due to this was an initial service call."

"Iâ ve used Jackson Heating and Cooling multiple times and always have phenomenal response and service. Jon installed our new system 3 years ago after servicing our old system for a little over a year. Jon does all of the work himself and is very meticulous about making sure itâ s done correctly. Our most recent service, my wife and I were on vacation out of the country. My in-laws are staying at the house with our kids. My father in law calls and says the furnace is making a loud noise, like metal on metal. So, I called Jon and he shows up at my house at 8 pm on a Tuesday night to see what the issue is. He immediately ordered the part needed (covered under warranty). Unfortunately, like everything these days, the part wasnâ t available until Thursday morning. So, Jon went the extra mile and brought space heaters to our home to get my in-laws and kids by until he could fix the part. Jon showed up Thursday morning and got the part replaced and itâ s working good as new now, even better than it was before. I will always use Jon for any service needs with HVAC in our home.
